TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Above rates are nett in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of taxes and service charges.

  2. Booking must be made with a minimum of 2 working days before arrival date (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday).

  3. All bookings have to be paid in advance before check in date.

  4. Prepayment can be made by telegraphic transfer. Payments at resort to be settle by cash only.

  5. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults & 2 Children (shared with their parents).

  6. If notification of cancellation is received before booking is confirmed, there will be no cancellation charge.

  7. If notification of cancellation is received less than 3 Working days (NON-CANCELLATION PERIOD), one room night charge will be levied. (This cancellation term is only applied during normal dates, and does not include Peak Seasons, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays. Any cancellation policies dictated by the hotel during the peak season will always super cede those stated here. In such case Travellers' Home will inform you clearly and completely when email to you).

  8. Room reserved will be hold up until 5.00pm only. For any late check-in, 'TH' should be notified in advance by guest. Else, 'TH' reserves the right to cancel the booking and put the room up for sell again without any notice.
